HOW TO USE
Massage thoroughly into skin and allow to dry completely before dressing. Avoid applying after shaving or onto broken skin. May cause a mild tingling sensation initially — start with 1–2 pumps and increase gradually as your skin adjusts.

Silky Smooth and saves my legs!

Relieve + Recover lotion not only feels luxurious, and smells great, it also works like a charm. It's hard to keep hydrated when exercising during such hot weather, and sometimes I get leg cramps. They come on after I have gone to bed - they come quickly and are INTENSELY painful. I grab my Relieve and Recover and it comes to the rescue right away. Now, I use it every night! It's on my bedside table.
